When you contact us
The enquiry form asks for your name, email address, optional company, package interest and project message. It prepares a draft in your email application. The form itself does not submit that content to a Lumora server. If you choose to send the draft, your email provider and our email provider process the message, and we receive the information you send.
Why we use information
We use enquiry information to respond, discuss a possible project and, if you become a client, manage that project and related records. Where applicable, this processing supports steps you request before a contract, performance of a contract, legitimate business communication and legal recordkeeping obligations. Contacting us is not consent to promotional mailing lists.
Website and demo data
The supplied Lumora website code does not include advertising pixels, analytics services or embedded social feeds. Hosting and security providers may process connection data such as IP addresses and request logs to deliver and protect the site. The current portfolio demonstrations use local assets and keep sample carts in browser session storage. Read the Cookies & local storage notice for the demo cart.
Access, retention and requests
Email and hosting providers may process information as part of delivering their services, including outside your country. Project and enquiry records are kept as needed for the enquiry, agreed work and applicable recordkeeping requirements. Contact us to request access, correction or deletion, or to object to processing where applicable. Some records may need to be retained to meet legal obligations. You may also contact the data protection authority that applies to your situation.
