Project-specific terms
A cancellation or refund depends on the written agreement, work already performed, approved third-party purchases and applicable law. This page does not impose a blanket non-refundable deposit or promise an automatic refund. Any deposit treatment, calculation of work completed and refund timing must be stated in your project agreement.
How to request a cancellation
Contact us through our Contact page with your name, project or invoice reference and the work you want to cancel. Do not include payment-card details. We will review the request against the agreed scope, payment records and applicable rights.
Third-party purchases and statutory rights
Hosting, domains and software bought directly from another provider are subject to that provider’s terms and applicable law. Any mandatory consumer cancellation or refund rights remain unaffected.
