Written project scope
Package descriptions provide an overview. Before payment or work begins, the written project agreement should identify the deliverables, page count, supported integrations, revisions, client responsibilities, payment milestones, delivery schedule, support and cancellation terms. Additional requests need an agreed change to scope.
Domain and hosting costs
Domain and subdomain configuration is included with your website project at no additional setup charge. Domain purchases, renewals, hosting plans, paid licences and third-party subscriptions are client-paid costs. Lumora does not offer free hosting or free domain registration. Third-party purchases require the client’s agreement.
Content and ownership
Clients must have the rights to materials they supply. Rights in delivered work, source files and third-party assets should be set out in the project agreement. Third-party assets remain subject to their licences. Portfolio examples are concepts, not evidence of client engagements or actual customer results.
Performance and third parties
Website design and SEO work do not guarantee search rankings, visitor numbers, sales or revenue. Third-party platforms and hosting services have their own terms and availability. Demonstration shops, booking forms and course pages do not process real purchases or bookings.
Cancellation and applicable rights
See our Cancellations & refunds page. Nothing on this website excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Applicable law and any project-specific terms must be considered for the particular client and service.
